Keeping You E-Safe England, Scotland and Wales are a charitable organisation dedicated to providing e-safety advice pages and support groups.
Your data will be kept on a secure server for 3 weeks. If Track & Trace request our data, your data will be sent to them, and just them. After the 3 weeks, your data will be permanetly deleted. We won’t stay in touch unless you give us permission to do so.
If there is any theft of data from our systems we will report it to our local data protection authority within 72 hours, if possible. If there are any data breaches on external sites (such as Eventbrite), they will contact you.
When you contact us on our website your email is sent to us and is retained by us for future use in case you email us again about the topic. We do not share your data.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service but other than that your data does not leave our organisation and is not sold on, because we don’t think companies should be built on that.
